Preparing for a Workshop
Although there is no requirement to prepare or attain any level of Hebrew prior to a workshop, the more you are familiar with the language and its sounds, the more you can learn in a workshop!
Consider starting with videos from Aleph with Beth, especially the classroom videos, since that will be a bit of a taste of some of the activities in the workshop.
Learning the Alphabet
Say, Sing, Write
Enjoy acrostics (e.g., Psalm 119; Proverbs 31:10–31, Lamentations 1, 2, 3, 4)
Explore pangrams, a.k.a. holoalphabet sentences (Hebrew example: Deuteronomy 4:34)
Deut. 4:34
